TECEZE is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, and API Testing.

? Key Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Software QA Automation.
Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with Playwright fixtures, Page Object Model (POM), locators, assertions, and auto-waiting.
Valuable knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
Experience in REST API automation and response validation.
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automation frameworks.
Knowledge of cross-browser testing using Playwright.
Exposure to CI/CD pipeline execution and monitoring.




Experience with Jira and defect triaging.
Python or Java knowledge is an added advantage.

?️ Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Playwright.
Convert manual test cases into reusable automation scripts.
Develop and execute API automation tests.
Perform backend data validation using SQL.
Troubleshoot failed and unstable automation scripts.
Monitor automation execution through CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in code/peer reviews and framework improvements.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams.
Improve test coverage and automation efficiency.
