Job Role:
We are looking for a sharp, culturally aware Social Media Specialist/ Account Manager who understands how to translate brand strategy into compelling content.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable writing high-conversion ad copies and scroll-stopping social media content, while staying aligned with brand voice and platform trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
Write captions, ad copies, scripts, hooks and campaign messaging.
Posting and scheduling content on social media accounts for all the brands.
Active community and ORM management.
Translate brand strategies into content calendars and storytelling formats.
Collaborate with designers,



video editors and content producers & strategists to execute cohesive campaigns.
Brainstorm and execute trend-based, meme-led and culturally relevant content.
Ensure consistency in tone, voice and messaging across all brand touchpoints.
Assist in conceptualising campaign ideas, brand launches and activations.
Optimise content for engagement, reach and conversions.
Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors and audience behaviour.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in developing and/or creating social media content.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, ad copies and brand work.
Excellent command over language.
Strong understanding of social media trends, formats and algorithms.
Ability to write short-form (hooks, captions) social media content.
Understanding of brand tonality and storytelling frameworks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
