Roles and Responsibilities:
Own solution, technical, integration, and data-flow architecture for ServiceNow programs.
Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow platform designs and implementation approaches.
Define architecture standards for applications, modules, tables, data, integrations, security, and workflows.
Lead integration strategy across ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-based patterns.
Review technical designs, assess risks and dependencies, and provide architectural governance across delivery teams.
Skills Required:
10+ years of experience, including significant ServiceNow solution architecture experience.




Strong ServiceNow architecture experience with enterprise implementation and transformation programs.
Hands-on expertise in SAML, LDAP, REST API, and SSO for secure platform and integration design.
Ability to design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions for enterprise users, processes, and integrations.
Experience guiding architecture decisions across security, data, integration, and platform strategy.
Positive to Have:
Workflow, Business Rules, and Service Portal experience in ServiceNow environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
