In this role, Product Manager will be a key team member in defining and developing the next generation of our flagship product. Product Manager will work closely with customers, partners and cross functional teams to lead and drive the creation of current capabilities, features and technologies from idea all the way through launch and lifecycle management. Our ideal candidate will combine the ability to manage a team along with the technical background and business acumen to formulate a clear product vision and roadmap and then execute on it.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the development of technology products.
Be a product visionary and strategist that can drive organizational alignment.
Monitor and report on the impact of product releases to ensure they are providing value to the organization.
Promote data-driven and analytical decision making throughout the organization and encourage transparency.
Be comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fluid environment.




Evangelize our solutions, work with the operations team to drive adoption.
Create the long-term vision for products and clearly articulate the strategy to senior management.
Business & product roadmap planning and define product requirements.
Managing prioritization and trade-offs for customer experience, performance, and features.
Prepare launch plans, release goals, and partner with our technology team to develop new products and solutions.
Build, manage and develop a team of product managers and product support professionals.
Creating program goals and related metrics, tracking progress and managing through obstacles to achieve your objectives

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

3+ years software product management experience in a product manager leadership role.
Agile Product Management experience; ability to work iteratively and incrementally with the technology team to launch and deliv
