About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Apprentice Engineers to join our R&D; Development Team, working on next-generation Category Planning and Retail Analytics platforms. This apprenticeship provides hands-on exposure to:

Enterprise-grade web applications

Emerging AI / Agentic workflows





You will collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to real-world product development across modules such as Assortment Optimization, Planogram Automation, Space Analytics, and Category Insights

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development
Assist in designing, developing, and enhancing web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET/C#.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Core Engineering Skills (Must Have)
Demonstrate a valuable understanding of .NET fundamentals including OOP principles, API development, and backend architecture basics.
Apply strong debugging and problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis and code tracing.
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries including joins, aggregations, and performance-aware query design.
Ability to analyze issues across application, API, and database layers.
