At Wipro we are hiring a Senior Guidewire Solution Architect to lead architecture and delivery across large-scale London Market transformation programmes. This role requires deep experience across the Guidewire Insurance Suite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter, as well as proven implementation experience across both Policy and Claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and supporting the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.

As a technical leader and trusted advisor, the individual will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and senior programme leadership to provide architectural direction and governance throughout the programme lifecycle. They will bring a solid understanding of Guidewire best practices, drive technical decision-making, and help navigate complex enterprise environments to achieve successful business and technology outcomes.

What Your Day Will Look Like




Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Guidewire platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions throughout the programme lifecycle.
Lead design and integration activities across both Policy and Claims, driving consistency and best practice across implementations.
Define, establish and govern architecture standards, integration patterns and technical frameworks to support enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
Act as the technical lead across delivery teams and third-party vendors, providing guidance, oversight and architectural governance throughout delivery.
Engage senior business and technology stakeholders as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
Support solution shaping, RFP responses and pre-sales activities by providing architectural expertise, solution vision and implementation strategy.
