Laboratory/Administration Assistant

Objective of the function

To assist in the general administration and lab service of the Facility

Responsibilities/Duties

General

Maintain filing and archiving system for customer orders, certification,



dispatch documents and process batch records
Perform any other duties as directed by the Management Team
General bookkeeping
Ad hoc tasks

Lab Related

Sending and archive laboratory reports
Packing of products for sterilization with verification dose or similar
Packing utensils for autoclaving
Emptying and washing of bottles etc.
Media preparation
General housekeeping including cleaning

Ad hoc tasks

Authority

Reports to the Laboratory Manager & Study Director

Requirements

Knowledge/Education and Training:

Word (essential) and other Microsoft Office application (preferred)

Experience

Not necessary – training will be provided

Skills

Valuable organizational and communication skills
