Overview of the role




The Quality System Manager for QMS COE will be based in Bangalore, India. The position will play a crucial role in supporting the Global QMS COE Head by overseeing quality management systems and owning all standardization projects. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality systems (BRC, FSSC22000, etc.) within the food industry, with at least 5 years at managerial roles. Advanced knowledge in data analytics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) are advantages. This position directly reports to the Global QMS COE head and Regional QFS Lead.

Key Responsibilities
System Document Standardization: Own and drive all system document standardization projects.
Responsible for deploying QuEST to all tier 1 sites across product platforms.
Point of Contact (PIC) for all QuEST communication: Serve as the primary contact for all QuEST-related communications.
