About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Business Development to drive adoption of HELIOT.AI's AIoT and SaaS solutions across the agriculture ecosystem.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, developing institutional and channel partnerships, conducting product demonstrations and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities with FPOs, agri-enterprises, agri-input companies, NGOs, government programs and institutional partners.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Conduct client meetings, field visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
Develop dealer, distributor and implementation-partner networks.
Support expansion into current states and agricultural markets.
Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with technical teams.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and regular business-development reports.
Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Represent HELIOT.AI at agriculture events, conferences and field programs.

Requirements
B.Sc. Agriculture or closely related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Partnerships.
Experience in AgriTech, agri-inputs, IoT, SaaS or rural development is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
