Role Overview

The Senior Engineer 2 will play a critical role in supporting the WMS Columbus program, a large-scale, multi‑year transformation that will shape the future of Supply Chain operations at Catalyst. While the initial focus is on the Columbus implementation, this role will be pivotal in supporting the broader WMS roadmap, including future rollouts planned from 2027 to 2030.

This is a highly complex, fast‑paced environment with multiple parallel workstreams and release cycles. To ensure successful implementation, minimize risk, and optimize performance, Catalyst is seeking a senior-level technical qualified with prior WMS expertise and strong full‑stack development capabilities.
