We are looking for a hands-on Creative Lead who can build Brickbucket’s social-media presence
through original, engaging and high-quality content.
About the Role
As Creative Lead, you will own Brickbucket’s social-media content process from start to finish—
from researching ideas and planning the content calendar to scripting, shooting, designing, editing
and delivering publish-ready content.
This is not only a strategy or coordination role. You should be comfortable getting behind the
camera, visiting construction sites, speaking with people, creating graphics and editing videos
yourself.
You will focus on content creation and audience engagement,



while account administration and
unrelated page-management activities will be handled separately.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy and Planning
* Develop Brickbucket’s content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and
other relevant platforms.
* Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
* Identify content themes that appeal to builders, contractors, site supervisors, skilled professionals
and homeowners.
* Research construction-industry trends, frequently asked questions, myths, products and practical
site problems.
* Adapt content formats and messaging for each platform rather than posting identical content
everywhere.
• End-to-End Content Creation
* Develop content ideas, concepts, scripts, storyboards and shot lists.
* Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, product demonstrations, interviews and construction-site
content.
