Role Description The "Senior Sourcing Transformation Consultant" will lead end-to-end sourcing transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and operating models for one of our Customers in Denmark.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current sourcing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, designing transformation roadmaps, and driving implementation in collaboration with the cross-functional teams in Denmark. The role involves conducting data-driven analyses, preparing business cases, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and providing consulting guidance on best practices in sourcing and business transformation. The consultant will also mentor junior team members, support change management activities, and ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and broader organizational goals. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring close collaboration with both local teams and international stakeholders.
