Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and payment operations.

 Handle banking and treasury operations, including CC, BG, SBLC, Term Loan, FD and bank-related matters.

 Manage LC documentation, lodgement and discrepancy resolution.

 Handle overseas remittances, BOE settlement and overseas vendor outstanding.

 Manage vendor/customer reconciliation, rebates and reimbursement.

 Prepare and monitor daily cash flow, bank reconciliation and fund utilization reports.  Manage insurance, claims, renewals and related documentation.

 Ensure proper accounting, documentation, compliance and audit support.

 Co-ordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, HR, Banks and Vendors.

 Identify process gaps and strengthen financial controls and SOPs. Required Skills:

 Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Banking & Treasury and Finance Operations.

 Good knowledge of LC, BG, SBLC, CC, Term Loan and Trade Finance.





 Solid experience in Overseas Remittances, BOE and Forex transactions.

 Good understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit requirements.

 Excellent MS Excel and accounting/ERP system knowledge.

 Zoho Finance / Zoho Books / Zoho ERP experience will be an added advantage.

 Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

 High ownership, accuracy, integrity and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in trading, distribution, import/export, manufacturing or equipment businesses.

 B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA – Finance or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a Senior Manager / Finance Manager / Treasury / Finance Operations role preferred
