Troopd is focused on combining autonomy, reliability, and collaboration to transform how businesses run key operational functions.

About the Role

The Deputy General Manager – Client Delivery and Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery and operational performance for Troopd’s clients. This role manages qualified sales opportunity through commercial closure, client onboarding, ensures smooth implementation of agentic colleagues, and coordinates ongoing service delivery to meet agreed performance standards and timelines.

The manager will work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements, track outcomes, and address operational issues, while aligning internal teams around clear priorities and processes.

Daily activities include monitoring delivery metrics, leading status reviews, resolving escalations, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across client engagements. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, refine operational models, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
