Job Profile: Family Office Investments - Finance & Accounts
Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager – Family Office Investments & Finance

Experience required-
7-10 years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting, investment operations, portfolio administration, MIS reporting, taxations, treasury management, and compliance activities for personal accounts, HUFs, LLPs, trusts, and investment entities under the Family Office. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, portfolio reconciliation, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and effective management of investment-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities -
➢ Manage end-to-end investment operations across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, debt instruments and unlisted investments, including accounting, reconciliation, performance tracking and portfolio reporting.
➢Oversee treasury and fund management activities, including liquidity planning, cash management and deployment of surplus funds.
➢ Maintain books of accounts in Tally and M-Profit accounting software, ensuring accurate accounting,



portfolio reconciliation and investment records.
➢Handle taxation and regulatory compliance, including capital gains computation, advance tax, ITR preparation and statutory filings for individuals, HUFs, LLPs and trusts.
➢ Execute banking transactions, payment processing, investment subscriptions/redemptions, and manage KYC and investment documentation.
➢ Administer insurance and loan portfolios, including premium monitoring, repayments, interest tracking and MIS reporting.
➢ Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports covering investments, assets, expenses, loans, properties, insurance and fund utilization.
➢ Support annual financial statement preparation, audit coordination, account finalization and compliance requirements.
➢ Liaise with family office stakeholders, tax consultants, auditors, bankers, brokers, PMS managers and investment advisors to ensure seamless operations and reporting.
