Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, commercially-wired, self-driven Growth & Marketing Lead who can build vFulfill's brand, generate qualified pipeline, and optimize the full funnel — without hand-holding.

This is not a "manage the agency and report metrics" role. You will own strategy and execution: brand voice to email sequences, social roadmaps to product launches, conversion optimization to sales enablement. You will work directly with the CEO — high context, high trust, direct feedback, quick decisions, and minimal hand-holding.

If you have built something, scaled something, or worked in a 0→1 environment where you had to figure things out fast — this is your role.
