Prepare material selection reports and specifications.
Evaluate material compatibility for piping, equipment, structures, and components.
Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor material specifications.

Corrosion Assessment & Mitigation

Conduct corrosion studies and risk assessments.
Identify corrosion mechanisms such as:
General Corrosion
Pitting Corrosion
Crevice Corrosion
Galvanic Corrosion
Stress Corrosion Cracking
Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion (MIC)
Erosion Corrosion
Recommend corrosion prevention and mitigation measures.




Develop corrosion management plans and asset integrity strategies.
Coating & Cathodic Protection

Review coating and painting specifications.
Recommend protective coating systems for offshore and onshore facilities.
Design or review cathodic protection systems.
Monitor coating performance and corrosion protection effectiveness.
Support inspection and maintenance programs.

Technical Analysis & Integrity Management

Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Evaluate inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
Review corrosion monitoring data and inspection reports.
Support fitness-for-service and remaining life assessments.
