We are seeking a visionary and experienced Lead Executive HR to join our HRBP
department and lead our human resources function. As a key member of our
leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our
people strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Your expertise
will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent,
fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving organizational
excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage the HR team, providing strategic direction and ensuring
effective execution of HR initiatives.
* Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop
tailored HR solutions.
* Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and
talent pipelining.
* Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction
and retention.
* Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to upskill
the workforce.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a fair
and ethical work environment.




* Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict
resolution, and disciplinary actions.
* Conduct regular workforce planning and analyze HR metrics to identify trends
and make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with overall
business objectives.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving
HR processes and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role.
* Proven track record of driving HR strategies and initiatives in a rapid-paced,
dynamic environment.
* Excellent knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best
practices.
