Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Lucknow. The Salesperson will engage with individuals and families to explain health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act and help them choose appropriate plans. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting plan benefits and pricing, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales,



and collaborating with team members to meet sales and customer service targets. The Salesperson is expected to provide clear, empathetic communication and uphold regulatory and company standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to support clients through the decision and enrollment process.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including lead follow-up and closing skills.
Basic understanding of health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or willingness to learn quickly through training.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple client interactions.
Comfort working in an in office environment in Lucknow and collaborating with a diverse team.
