What You'll Do
As the Technical Lead for Agentic Automation within Tech@BCG, you will define the technical direction for an enterprise AI platform that shifts common,



repeatable tasks across Tech@BCG — spanning Change & Communications, User Research & Design, Enterprise Architecture, and other business-facing functions — onto a non-human, AI-driven workforce. You will design, build, and fine-tune the AI models and agent systems that power this workforce — including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, prompt and context engineering, and evaluation frameworks for model quality and safety — while working in close partnership with Product Management and engineering leaders to identify which tasks are best suited for automation and translate that judgment into production-grade agents, built on practices such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and event-driven architectures, that improve throughput, consistency, and quality across the function.
