Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement a pan-India cross-product strategy to maximize revenue from existing and new clients.
Drive customer wallet share enhancement through effective product penetration initiatives.
Identify business opportunities across retail, HNI, UHNI, NRI, and institutional segments.
Establish annual business plans, revenue targets, and growth roadmaps for all cross-sell products.
Monitor product-wise profitability and implement corrective measures wherever required.

Product Penetration & Cross-Sell Initiatives

Increase activation and adoption of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, Insurance, and Wealth products among broking clients.
Design customer segmentation models and targeted cross-sell campaigns.
Build frameworks for identifying product opportunities through client investment behavior and portfolio analysis.
Work closely with Sales,



Relationship Managers, Branch Heads, and Wealth Teams to improve cross-sell conversions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor regional/product teams across locations.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Research, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams.
Build alignment between different business verticals to ensure seamless customer experience.
Present business performance, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Analytics & Process Excellence

Develop dashboards and MIS for tracking product penetration, conversion ratios, activation rates, and revenue realization.
Use customer analytics and market intelligence to identify business gaps and opportunities.
Drive automation and technology initiatives for product recommendation and customer engagement.
Ensure effective lead allocation, tracking, and closure mechanisms.
