Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across social platforms, ensuring alignment with Nu Republic’s brand voice and Gen Z audience.



The role involves planning and executing influencer campaigns, negotiating deliverables and timelines, coordinating product seeding, and tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. The specialist will collaborate with brand, social media, and creative teams to develop campaign concepts, brief influencers, and optimize content based on data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators, while maintaining detailed reports and documentation for ongoing and future campaigns.
