• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Clinical & Life Sciences roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
• Use Boolean searches, keyword searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skill sets including Clinical SAS, Statistical Programming, and Biometrics.
• Screen candidates and assess profiles against technical and experience requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand complex requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and reports to monitor hiring progress.
