Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute our digital marketing, social media, content, email marketing, and other strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email marketing, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM, content creation, campaign management, and paid advertising. Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, Outsourcing, BPO/KPO, Consulting, or Professional Services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Marketing




* Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
* Manage and grow iConsultera's LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
* Create engaging and professional posts, creatives, videos, reels, banners, and other marketing materials.
* Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
* Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and lead-generation performance.
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and B2B marketing best practices.

Content & Creative Marketing
* Create marketing content for services, campaigns, company updates, hiring, client success stories, and industry insights.
* Design skilled creatives using Canva.
* Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and convert it into engaging marketing content.
* Develop presentations, brochures, service profiles, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
