What You'll Do
In a world where data is critical to BCG's success, we are building first-class, foundational data capabilities and products that enable better decision-making,



generate new insights, and drive operational excellence across the firm. Within this vision, LEAP is building BCG's new Learning Functional Data product to power the firm's learning and development needs with trusted, well-integrated data.
We are looking for a Chapter Lead & Manager – Data Engineering to lead the Data Engineering and Data Ingestion function within LEAP. You will define the standards and guardrails for how we build, create strategic and well-constructed data pipelines aligned to our enterprise-wide data strategy, and grow a high-performing team that delivers the most significant data ingestion, integration and analytics use cases for the Learning Functional Data product.
Reporting to the Technical Team Lead (TTL) of LEAP, you will lead a team of 5–10 external Data Engineers and Data Ingestion Engineers across the delivery lifecycle, and partner closely with Chapter Leads in other squads
