Role Overview
AQM Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Global Sales to lead and drive the company's international sales growth.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy, expanding AQM's presence across international markets, building strategic enterprise relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in enterprise IT services sales, a strong track record of driving global business growth, and the ability to engage with C-level executives across multiple industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership




- Develop and execute the global sales strategy aligned with AQM's business objectives.
- Lead and mentor sales teams across international markets.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
- Define sales KPIs, pipeline governance, forecasting, and revenue targets.

Business Development
- Drive new customer acquisition across international markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Digital Transformation services.
- Identify new markets, industry verticals, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Expand AQM's presence across large enterprise accounts globally.
- Drive strategic account growth and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
