About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales enablement, onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement across inside sales and field sales teams. The role requires someone who can identify skill gaps, improve sales productivity, and build scalable learning programs aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams
Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, objection handling, negotiation, and closing workshops
Assess training needs through performance data, audits, and stakeholder discussions
Develop training content, SOPs, playbooks, quizzes, and certification programs
Coach sales managers and team leads on sales processe
