RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the architectural and design team in developing innovative and
sustainable design solutions for real estate projects.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design concepts
align with project requirements and objectives.
* Provide strategic direction and guidance on architectural design, materials
selection, and construction techniques.
* Oversee the development of architectural drawings, specifications, and cost
estimates.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and
cost-effective project delivery.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure
compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
architectural design and construction.
* Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and development
within the architecture and design team.
* Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety
standards throughout the project lifecycle.




* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction,
and project management, to achieve project goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management, and team
leadership.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate projects
from conception to completion.

Education Qualification:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.

Certification required:
* Professional Architectural License.
