Your Role

Manage end-to-end service delivery for a team of ~45 members.
Ensure SLA compliance and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
Handle escalations, governance, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Drive process adherence, continuous improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.
Lead service reporting (MSR/RAG), performance metrics, and team alignment.

Your Profile

Service Delivery Management and Application Support/AMS leadership.
SLA, KPI, Incident, Problem, and Risk Management.
Stakeholder Management, Governance, and Escalation Handling.




Reporting expertise (MSR, RAG Dashboards, Service Metrics).
