We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant to support an international project. The ideal candidate will bring solid functional expertise in SAP SD, end-to-end sales order lifecycle management, cross-functional integrations, and process optimization across global business environments.

Role Overview
The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, supporting, and improving Sales Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP SD business processes, stakeholder engagement, integration coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working with international business teams, managing complex process requirements, and translating business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the complete sales order lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA, from customer inquiry and quotation through sales order creation, delivery, billing, invoicing, payment coordination, returns,



and credit/debit processing.
Analyze, design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions aligned with business requirements.
Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash process improvements, including order management, pricing, availability checks, delivery processing, billing, invoicing, returns, rebates, and customer master data processes.
Collaborate with business users, process owners, regional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and define future-state O2C processes.
Configure and support relevant SAP SD functionality, including:
Sales document types, item categories, and schedule line categories
Pricing procedures, condition techniques, discounts, surcharges, taxes, and freight conditions
Partner determination and customer master data
Availability Check / ATP and delivery scheduling
Output management, billing types, invoice processing, and cred
