This is a fully remote, customer-facing prospect for an experienced Solutions Engineer with strong IoT expertise.
You will own the technical customer journey from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and ongoing success.
The role combines pre-sales consulting, hands-on IoT deployment, integrations, data analysis, and technical account support.
You will translate operational challenges into practical solutions involving RFID, BLE, GPS, and related connected hardware.
Working closely with sales, customers, and a distributed engineering team, you will balance technical depth with clear business communication.
The position offers significant ownership, exposure to complex enterprise environments, and the opportunity to solve ambiguous technical challenges across the full customer lifecycle.

Accountabilities:
Partner with Sales on technical discovery calls, scoping discussions,



solution design, and customer requirements gathering.
Translate customer needs and operational workflows into clear, documented technical solutions and implementation plans.
Assess solution complexity and define technical scope to support accurate implementation estimates and customer engagements.
Deliver tailored product and platform demonstrations that clearly connect technical capabilities to customer use cases.
Configure frontend platform settings, integrations, and other components according to agreed solution requirements.
Work hands-on with RFID, BLE, GPS, and other IoT hardware during deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Build and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, MQTT, and related technologies.
Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to resolve technical issues, improve solutions, and ensure successful deployments.
