This is a fully remote, hourly freelance opportunity for an experienced B2B business development professional focused on generating qualified opportunities and closing service-based deals. You will help expand business across Marketing, Technology, and Staffing/Recruitment service verticals by identifying prospects and engaging key decision-makers. The role combines market research, multi-channel outbound sales, discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and client acquisition. You will independently manage a robust sales pipeline while using modern CRM, automation, and AI-assisted prospecting tools. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication, and a proven ability to convert leads into high-value contracts. You will also collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support complex pitches and ensure effective client hand-offs.

Accountabilities:




Identify, prospect, and generate current B2B business opportunities across Marketing, Technology, and Staffing/Recruitment service areas.
Conduct in-depth market research to build targeted prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo.
Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified discovery meetings.
Lead discovery conversations, understand client challenges, communicate relevant capabilities, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts through to successful closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records covering sales activities, pipeline stages, communications, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
Work closely with internal marketing and technical teams to gather insights for complex proposals and support smooth transitions
