This is a fully remote contract chance supporting large-scale training and learning initiatives for an enterprise ERP modernization program.
You will lead training activities from learning needs analysis and strategy through development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
The role focuses on creating practical, role-based learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will translate complex ERP systems, business processes, and workflows into accessible and engaging training materials.
Working with business stakeholders, technical teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and change leaders, you will ensure learning solutions remain accurate and relevant.
The position offers broad ownership across instructional design, facilitation, digital adoption, governance, learning analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities:




Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives from learning needs assessment through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct learning needs analysis, audience analysis, role assessments, and business-process analysis to identify training requirements.
Develop role-based training strategies and determine appropriate delivery approaches, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end learning solutions tailored to different audiences and business needs.
Create e-learning modules, instructor-led and virtual training, instructional videos, multimedia content, digital adoption resources, job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support materials.
Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and user-centered design practices.
