Solution with Sam is a growing Australian solar company providing residential and commercial solar, battery storage and energy solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service & Solar Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, following up issues and keeping projects organised.
The successful candidate will initially focus heavily on customer service and complaints handling, with the prospect to progressively take on more responsibility across our solar backend and operations processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be an important point of contact between our customers, installation teams, suppliers, network providers and internal team.




Your initial focus will be making sure customers receive excellent communication and that any issues or complaints are handled professionally and resolved efficiently.
As you become familiar with our systems and processes, the role will gradually expand into solar backend operations, including project coordination, documentation, grid applications, installation administration and post-installation support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Complaints

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels.
Handle customer complaints professionally, calmly and efficiently.
Investigate customer concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
Follow up outstanding customer issues until they are fully resolved.
Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate team member.
Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
