Roles & Responsibilities:

Demonstrated experience of implementing AI use cases, reinventing end to end processes leveraging AI




Experience in assessments to identify AI use-cases and value framing; connecting agentic solutions to measurable KPIs
Agentic AI Design & Implementation in Finance: Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, roadmap creation, human-in-the-loop design; lead teams/pods in rapid prototyping
Solution Design & Workflow Architecture: Automation & Integration Exposure with Value Case Development experience
AI-Enabled Operating Model Design: Design of Future Finance Op model with human+ Gen/Agentic AI agents
AI Fluency at scale: GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, Prompt Engineering, AI governance, responsible AI and auditability
Program Leadership: Multi-workstream programmes across Finance, Tech, and Change
Stakeholder & Executive Client Relationship Management

Skilled & Technical Skills:
