What would you do?

Rapidly restore services, minimize customer impact, and eliminate repeat incidents through strong troubleshooting and RCA.
Looking for a candidate who has expertise in Networking and has good knowledge on fundamentals of Network




Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation. What are we looking for?
Primary skill - Problem Management - P5
Experience in Telecom IT Infrastructure program management and Wireline Network Services, preferably in Telecom Service Assurance
Solid TCP IP routing and switching fundamentals
Troubleshooting of MPLS DIA Voice and Wireless services
Knowledge of NMS tools such as Netcool SolarWinds and Nagios for real time monitoring detection and analysis
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform L2L3 troubleshooting for service incidents
Analyse alarms, logs, and performance metrics
Identify root causes related to network configuration hard
