Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an cutting-edge and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across installed modules, building custom workflows and system integrations, and accelerating Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption through Now Assist to enhance organizational efficiency. You will work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect and cross-functional business stakeholders within a dynamic Agile environment to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
