About the role
You'll work alongside our product and design team on live projects — from early research and wireframing to final UI handoff. This is a hands-on role where your work will actually ship. You'll get exposure to the full design process, collaborate with developers and PMs, and leave with a portfolio that reflects real-world experience.

What you'll work on
UX Research: User interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow mapping using Figma.
UI Design: Crafting clean, consistent, and accessible interfaces — screens, components, and visual assets aligned to a design system.
Design System Support: Contributing to and maintaining our component library — icons, typography, color styles, and reusable patterns.
Developer Handoff: Preparing annotated, developer-ready Figma files with proper specs, states, and assets.
Feedback & Iteration: Participating in design critiques, incorporating feedback,



and iterating quickly based on user and team input.

Who we're looking for
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Figma — you can build frames, components, and prototypes without hand-holding.
A portfolio (even if small) showing your design thinking process — sketches, wireframes, case studies, or personal projects all count.
Understanding of basic UX principles — hierarchy, contrast, spacing, affordance, and usability heuristics.
Curiosity-driven mindset — you ask "why does this work?" not just "how does it look?"
Receptive to critique and able to separate your ego from your work — iteration is the job.
Positive written and verbal communication — able to present and explain design decisions clearly.

Duration: 2 – 6 months
Stipend: Paid (5-10k per month)
