Role Description The Key Customer Relationship Management role is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors,



to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement. Daily activities include understanding customer needs, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill commitments, and monitoring contract and order performance. The individual will track customer feedback, prepare regular reports on sales and relationship status, and support the planning and execution of initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty. The role also includes identifying opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and collaborating on projects that enhance service quality and customer experience.
