Role Description The Business Development Associate will work full time on-site at Bangalore, India. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs and travel trends, and supporting the development of sales strategies for International travel packages. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners, maintain relationships with existing stakeholders,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Daily activities also include maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities, contributing to marketing and outreach efforts, and representing the brand in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Prime Focus Area
Lead Generation – identifying and generating new business opportunities through the travel agent network across South India.
Client Acquisition – converting leads into long-term clients for the company.
Agent Relationship Management – regular visits, product demonstrations, and after-sales support to agents across the region.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development within a Travel Agency or Travel Industry setup, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Candidates should possess solid presentation skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations.
