Role Overview:
We are looking for a target-driven Area Sales Manager to drive vehicle procurement and scrapping business across the assigned territory. The role involves business development, lead generation, channel partner acquisition, relationship management, sales conversion, and achievement of territory targets.

Core Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle procurement and scrapping.
Generate business through dealers, workshops, insurance companies, fleet operators, corporates, government/PSU channels, and local partners.
Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong channel partner and customer relationships.




Manage the complete sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion and vehicle pickup.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business development opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with operations and vehicle pickup teams to ensure smooth customer conversion and service delivery.
Track sales pipeline, lead conversions, revenue, vehicle collections, and territory performance.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide actionable market insights to management.
Manage, guide, and motivate the field sales team, wherever applicable.
Ensure achievement of territory-wise vehicle collection and revenue targets.

Qualification :
3 plus years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, automotive, insurance, fleet, dealership, logistics, or related industries.
Robust local market knowledge and established business networking skills.
