Role Description The Management Mentor – NET / SET Qualified or Ph.D will support learners preparing for management and related competitive examinations, while guiding them toward strong academic and career outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



focused on designing and delivering engaging sessions on management concepts, research methods, and exam-specific strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom teaching, creating structured learning content, evaluating student performance, and offering personalized mentoring and doubt-clearing support. The mentor will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, contribute to workshops or bootcamps, and integrate feedback to improve learner outcomes. The role also involves staying updated with examination patterns, industry trends, and best practices in pedagogy to ensure relevant and high-quality instruction.
