Role Description The Assistant F&B; Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Pune Hinjawadi in Pune City. The role involves supporting the F&B; sales function by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banqueting, and catering services. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with corporate and leisure clients, preparing proposals and contracts,



coordinating with the F&B; operations team to ensure smooth execution of events, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role also includes monitoring sales performance, assisting in developing promotional plans, conducting market research, and ensuring all activities align with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals. The Assistant F&B; Sales Manager collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food and beverage sales, hotel sales, or hospitality sales, with strong understanding of banquet, catering, and restaurant revenue generation.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with corporate clients, event planners, and internal stakeholders.
