Role Description The International Academic Manager (MBA – Fresher) will be responsible for coordinating academic programs and partnerships with global institutions, aligning them with EduSkills’ objectives and standards. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



involving daily collaboration with academic coordinators, faculty, and institutional partners to design and implement program structures, schedules, and learning outcomes. The role includes supporting curriculum development for international academic initiatives, tracking program performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and partner requirements. The International Academic Manager will communicate regularly with stakeholders, assist in organizing academic events and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes. The position offers exposure to international education practices and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale skilling and capacity-building projects.
