Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with flexibility for part time work from home. This role focuses on guiding prospective users—such as sales representatives, sales leaders, and training teams—through the admission and onboarding process for FireCoach AI’s platform.



Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, hosting consultations and product walkthroughs, explaining program options and pricing, and helping prospects assess whether FireCoach AI fits their training needs. The Admission Counsellor will manage a pipeline of leads, follow up with interested prospects, coordinate with sales and customer success teams, and ensure a smooth transition from initial interest to active platform usage. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing ideas to improve the admissions experience.
