Who we are
We build marketing, content, and design for enterprise technology companies across IT services, engineering R&D;, defense and aerospace, semiconductors, and enterprise AI. We work across teams in India, the UK, and the US. Our work is best described as the intersection of strategy consulting and creative direction.

Our clients are large enterprises that buy through procurement teams, sign MSAs and SOWs, and issue POs before work starts. The commercial thread through each account, from what was quoted to what was billed, needs one owner. This is that role.

What you will own
You will own the commercial side of the business. Client relationships reamain with our account teams, creative quality with our delivery teams, delivery planning with our program manager, and our finance team keeps the books, raises invoices, collects, pays vendors, and files what is due. You own what we charge, what we sign, what we bill, and what it costs us, and you make sure those four agree with each other on each account.

• Pricing and proposals: When a proposal is being written, you own its commercial pages. You cost the work, hours by role, vendor and production costs, and the review rounds creative work needs, and you price it against our rate card at a margin we can defend. You write the assumptions, the payment terms, the caps, and the change process into the proposal, so the SOW that follows can be signed as written. You keep the rate card current, and you tell us when a service line is priced below what it costs us to deliver.

• Procurement and contracts: You are our voice with client procurement teams. You take an MSA or an SOW through their review, negotiate rates, payment terms, and liability clauses within limits we agree in advance, and get the PO issued before work starts.
