People & Culture (Retail Talent Acquisition) Intern

About the Role
Palmonas is looking for a proactive People & Culture Intern to support retail talent acquisition as we scale our offline presence. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end retail hiring in a fast-growing D2C/retail brand.

Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing and screening of candidates for retail roles (Store Managers, Jewellery Consultants, Cashiers, etc.)
Post job openings across job boards, social media, and internal channels
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and store teams
Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate hiring data
Conduct initial telephonic/screening rounds for junior retail positions
Assist in campus/walk-in drives and offline hiring events for new store launches




Coordinate onboarding documentation for selected candidates
Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for upcoming store openings
Support employer branding initiatives to attract retail talent

Requirements
Completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic HR tools
High energy, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a quick-paced retail environment
Prior internship experience in HR/TA is a plus but not mandatory
