Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented, results-driven Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end social media accounts and campaigns across industries.
This role involves managing 6–8 social media accounts simultaneously, owning everything from social strategy and content planning to creative execution, publishing, analytics, and client communication. You’ll work closely with designers and internal teams to ensure every piece of communication is strategically relevant, creatively robust, and executed to a high standard.
This is a highly ownership-driven role. We’re looking for someone who can independently manage multiple accounts, communicate confidently with clients, spot opportunities, solve problems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning




Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with each brand’s positioning, objectives, audience, and overall brand direction.
Build comprehensive content calendars across platforms, defining content pillars, themes, formats, and communication priorities.
Translate brand strategy into relevant, engaging, and platform-appropriate social content.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, formats, and cultural conversations.
Identify opportunities to make brands more relevant, distinctive, and engaging within their category.
Continuously evaluate and evolve social strategies based on performance and audience behaviour.
Creative Direction & Execution
Have a strong eye for aesthetics and a clear understanding of how brands should look and feel across social media.
