THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own and drive our client's end-to-end operational ecosystem across inventory, supply chain, warehouse, fulfilment, logistics and marketplace operations.

This is a business-critical role that goes beyond day-to-day warehouse management. You will be responsible for building a predictable, efficient and scalable operating system that enables them to grow across channels without compromising on availability, speed, accuracy, cost or customer experience.
You will work closely with production, warehouse, customer service, finance, marketplaces, technology and external logistics partners, acting as the central point of ownership for operational execution.
The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically,



plan ahead and still get into the details when required — someone who can identify operational gaps, build processes around them and take complete ownership of outcomes.

WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
• An experienced operations professional with strong exposure to e-commerce, D2C, marketplace or multi-channel businesses.
• Someone who understands operations end-to-end, from demand planning and inventory procurement through warehouse fulfilment, dispatch, logistics, returns and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, stock availability, inventory ageing and working capital efficiency.
• Ability to translate business and sales forecasts into operational capacity and inventory plans.
• Strong experience managing and coordinating with 3PL, courier and logistics partners.
• Someone who can work cross-functionally and drive closure across production, warehouse, customer service, finan
