Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AR Calling role based in Hyderabad. The AR Caller will contact insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, verify claim status,



and resolve denials or underpayments in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include reviewing accounts receivable reports, documenting call outcomes and actions taken, updating claim information in internal systems, and coordinating with billing and coding teams to address issues impacting payment. The role also involves adhering to payer-specific guidelines, maintaining productivity and quality targets, and ensuring that patient confidentiality and compliance standards are met. The AR Caller will collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications

Candidates should have 2 years of Experience Mandatory to possess solid medical billing and accounts receivable follow-up skills, including familiarity with claim workflows, denials, and reimbursement processes.
